Our school holiday camps run at Forrest Hill Arabian Stud in Yarramalong Valley.  The facilities here are second to none- ensuring both our horsey and human students have a ball.  All school aged children are welcome at our school holiday camps. Our only requirement is riders must be capable of riding on their own in a group.

Our camps run for five days, Monday to Friday, and riders can choose either to sleepover or be a day camper. To ensure everyone receives some personal attention we only allow a maximum of 8 riders per camps (so you always need to book early to ensure a spot!)

Riders can either bring their own horse or use our school horses.

Activities at camp are always fun! Generally the morning is taken up with a flatwork lesson, followed by lunch. The afternoon is time for games, jumping, or some other fun activity on horseback. There is also plenty of time for unmounted games, quizzes and free time. Riders also have a chance to assist with feeding, grooming, and general cleaning up!  Sometimes we plan other activities depending on weather- Treetops adventure park, amazement, swimming in the dam, and ice skating are all things we love to do! 

It is great to see the improvement in the riders by the end of the camp and they always make lots of new ‘horsey’ friends.  This all leads up to our annual show held at the end of January.
